All prices provided on this website are  in Euro, Buffet breakfast and 8% VAT are included in the rates

All cancellations should be made in written form (fax, letter or e-mail).
Cancellations for a hotel room reservation must be received 7 days before prior to the expected day of arrival. One night's charge will be billed to the guest's credit card for cancellations received less than seven days prior to the check-in date, or for guests who fail to arrive (no-shows).

Changes in general and/or after check in: Changes in general are subject to the cancellation policy. When reserved room types are not available on the new dates and the deadline of 7 days for free of charge cancellation is past due, the Hotel will charge for one night's accommodation fee extra.
An accommodation period which is shorter than the reserved dates is also treated as a cancellation, and is subject to one extra night's charge.

Dear valued guest please note that all these rules are applied even in cases where the reason for the cancellation or change is beyond the control of the guest or responsible instution.

Check-in time: 14:00 (2:00 pm)
Check-out time: 12:00 (12 noon)
Credit cards: MasterCard and Visa cards are accepted at the Hotel.

Please note that discounted airport transfer is only available for bookings directly through our website and is available oneway transfer and for stayings of 4 or more subsequent nights.
All discounted prices (LSD and Corporate Discounts) are available for cash payments depending on seasons and only when confirmed before arrival and are not subject to the discounted airport transfer service.
Our Cancellation Policy may differ depending on your booking period, cancellation policy specific to your booking is available on our booking site. Please read carefully the cancellation policy even if you are a returning guest.

In Peak Periods especially on weekends minimum night regulations may vary.
Last Minute Offers are only available for new bookings.
New taxes or tax changes are subject to recalculation of the total price even if guests have already prepaid the total rate.
